2. Service Description
Rivirall provides professional webpage setup services, including but not limited to:
- Personal Package: A Bio.link webpage.
- Blogger Package: A Blogger business blog.
- Pro Package: A WordPress business website (requires hosting subscription). All services are one-time setup products and are built by Bravology.
3. Payment Terms
- Customers must make a one-time payment for the selected package.
- Payments are processed through our designated payment methods.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- WordPress websites require an ongoing hosting subscription with EliteWP.host, which is billed separately.
4. Delivery of Services
- Webpages will be delivered within the timeframe specified for each package.
- Customers must provide the necessary details to complete the setup.
- Any delays in submission of required information may affect delivery time.
5. Refund Policy
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the setup process has started.
- If you fail to provide the required details within 7 days of purchase, your order may be canceled without a refund.
- Refunds are not available for hosting services provided by EliteWP.host.
6. Ownership & Access
- Customers retain full control over their webpages once delivered.
- Bio.link and Blogger websites are hosted for free.
- WordPress websites require an active hosting subscription with EliteWP.host.
- Rivirall is not responsible for the maintenance or updates of the delivered webpages unless specified in a separate service agreement.

Any issues related to their platform, services, or functionality are the sole responsibility of Bio.link, Bitly.com, WordPress.com or Blogspot.com, and Rivirall assumes no liability for any disruptions, errors, or limitations caused by their systems.
7. Referral Program
- Customers are automatically enrolled in our referral program.
- Commissions are earned when referrals purchase a service.
- Payouts are subject to meeting the program’s eligibility criteria.
8. User Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for managing and promoting their own webpage.
- Any misuse, illegal activities, or unethical promotion methods may result in termination of services without a refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Rivirall provides services “as is” without any guarantees of specific income or performance.
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
10. Termination of Services
- Rivirall reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to any customer at our discretion.
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate termination without a refund.
11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
